These sectors include all types of Tankers (Gas, Chemical, Products and Crude), Container vessels, Bulk Carriers, Ro-Ros, Off Shore (Rigs, Exploration and Storage), Riding Squads and New Building personnel. The Agency is now one of the leading Manning agencies in Romania. The Agency's reputation was achieved by its ability to anticipate and fulfill its Principals stringent requirements for quality personnel in a timely and effective manner whilst maintaining a dedicated stable and reliable pool of personnel for their needs ashore and afloat. (Retention rates amongst the sea and shore staff within the Agency has been over 85 % since establishment). The contributions of the Agency's highly trained operations and administrations staff has ensured compliance with all our principals requirements.The Agency has kept abreast of the changes in technology. Its recently improved Crew Management system and IT upgrades indicate its strong commitment to maintain its competitive edge in this challenging Maritime industry where efficient communications and able management systems are paramount. The Agency's Quality Assurance in Crew Management for ocean going vessels of any tonnage - ISO Certificate UKAS accredited - bears testament of its commitment to provide high quality service. We have 9 years of service under a certified Quality Management System and presently undergoing re-certification with the ISO 9001 :2008 standard.
