Founded in 1990 Klip Marine Shipmanagement Ltd. (KMS Ltd.) is one of Estonia's pioneering shipping companies which has grown into a professional shipmanagement company for the Baltic region. KMS Ltd. is a member of International Maritime Employer's Committee (IMEC) and Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Since its establishment KMS Ltd. has managed over 40 vessels of various types (tankers, general cargo, bulk carriers, refrigerators and tugs), which trade Worldwide, mainly in Europe. Presently the company manages a fleet of 13 vessels including 6 dry cargo, 3 container carriers, 3 tankers and one oil recovery/ support vessel. However, for the coming years, a substantial program of fleet expansion is anticipated through a growth in our client base. Managed vessels fly various flags and are under supervision of BV, GL and DNV and manned by crew of various nationalities, but mainly from Eastern Europe.
