Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated AB-Deckhand to join a tugboat crew for a major maritime project in Valencia, Spain. The role includes assisting with mooring, towing, anchoring operations, general deck maintenance, handling ropes, winches, and other deck gear, and supporting the Master and crew in daily operations. The position requires good understanding of safe working practices, physical fitness, and basic knowledge of English. Experience on tugboats is preferred.Additional information:
The position is part of the new container quay construction project at the Port of Valencia. The project involves 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off rotation, starting May 1, 2025. EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain is required.
