Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Second Officer of Nautical (DPO) for offshore operations in Brazil. Responsibilities include maintaining operational procedures and safety protocols, assisting with dynamic positioning operations, performing watch duties, and managing safety equipment and publications on board. The role also involves routine bridge and deck operations, assisting the safety officer with security and protection duties in port, and overseeing crew integration.Additional information:
The position requires full DP certification or at least advanced DP certification. Experience as a Second Officer on DP II offshore vessels is preferred. A valid II/1 Nautical Officer certification and advanced English proficiency are required. The role is based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with a start date of May 13, 2025.
