Job Description:

F&B Director required for a cruise liner (GRT: 150,696 t, 5000 pax capacity). Responsible for managing all food and beverage operations, reporting to the Hotel Director, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction. Candidates should have strong leadership and communication skills, and several years of relevant experience. Contract is 4 months on, 2 months off. Embarkation: 2025-06-20.
