Sous Chef required for the Italian Specialty Restaurant on a cruise ship (GRT: 150,696 t, 5000 pax capacity). Responsible for assisting the Executive Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards.
