Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Deckhand for a private 100m+ Motor Yacht. The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of consistent experience on similar busy yachts (70m+), strong skills in tender driving and crane operations, and confidence in guest interactions and watersports. Valid STCW, ENG1, and relevant certification are required. Holding a B1/B2 visa, EU Passport or Schengen visa is preferred. Yachtmaster or Navigation Watch Rating is an advantage.

Additional information:

3:1 rotation. Package includes annual $5,000 training allowance, standard medical, flights, and more. Salary is generous and flexible depending on experience.
