Job Description:

We are seeking a technically-minded Bosun to join a 30m Sailing Yacht. Candidates should have extensive sailing experience, ideally with a strong background in racing or competitive sailing. A Yachtmaster Offshore certificate is required, along with excellent knowledge of large loads, winches, rigging, and sail handling. This role is open to proven Bosuns or experienced sailing deckhands ready for a leadership position. Applicants must hold a Schengen Visa or EU Passport.

Additional information:

Joining in the UK. Start date is as soon as possible. Salary is dependent on experience (DOE).
