Job Description:
A **Contract Manager** for offshore marine operations is needed for a permanent, **rotational position** in Saudi Arabia. The role is a key part of a project in the Middle East, focused on managing offshore marine operations, SPM activities, and multi-vessel assets. The manager will lead day-to-day offshore operations, oversee vessel utilization and contract performance, and manage financials. The ideal candidate will be a **Master Mariner** with deep knowledge of offshore operations and a proven ability to lead teams, manage contracts, and control budgets. Prior exposure to the KSA, UAE, or Qatar regions is also required. NEBOSH or Lead Auditor certifications are a plus.Additional information:
