Job Description:

Winch Yacht Recruitment seeks an ETO for a high-end Sailing & Motor Yacht operating in the USA. The ETO will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and automation systems, ensuring peak yacht performance and guest comfort.

Additional information:

Fluent English required. B1/B2 visa mandatory. Start: End of October – Early November 2025. Previous yacht or cruise experience highly valued. Sailing area: USA Waters
