Job Description:

Winch Yacht Recruitment is hiring a Bosun for a private Sailing & Motor Yacht operating in US waters. The Bosun will lead deck operations, manage maintenance schedules, and supervise deck crew while ensuring safe and efficient yacht handling.

Additional information:

Start Date: End of October – Early November 2025. English fluency and valid B1/B2 visa required. Yachting or maritime deck leadership experience essential. Sailing area: USA / Caribbean
