Job Description:

YOA Superyacht Recruitment is currently seeking a Rotational Chief Officer for a 50m+ private motor yacht sailing dual-season itineraries in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. The Chief Officer will manage deck operations, navigation, safety drills, and coordinate maintenance tasks under the Captain’s supervision.

Additional information:

Applicants must have OOW or Chief Mate certification, strong deck leadership experience on yachts 40m+, and valid STCW and ENG1 documents. Rotation 2:2 schedule offered. Sailing area: Worldwide (Med & Caribbean)
