Job Description:

Andaluza de Barcos is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Skipper/Guide to operate sightseeing and private event cruises in Seville. The job includes guiding passengers in Spanish and English, managing 8-meter boats with up to 12 passengers, and creating a friendly and engaging atmosphere during tours.

Additional information:

Employment type: Permanent, full-time. Salary: 1,600 €/month + 12 €/hour for overtime + 10% commissions, plus tips. Rotating shifts with 4 consecutive days off every 3 weeks. Vacation spread throughout the year. Seasonal schedule (morning/afternoon). Applicants must live in or be willing to relocate to Seville. Crew: 1 crew, up to 12 passengers
