Job Description:

A 50m foreign-flagged charter yacht with a new owner, crew, and program is seeking a Junior Deck/Engineer. The vessel operates a heavy charter schedule in the Bahamas, Caribbean, and US East Coast with 8–10 crew. The role is open to couples if paired with a Stew/Masseuse. Candidate must have legal working status in the US (B1/B2 visa, Green Card, or US citizen).

Additional information:

Start date: ASAP. Must have a minimum of one season as Deck Engineer. Responsibilities include general engineering maintenance, tender driving, and assisting on deck. Videography, fishing, or water sports experience is considered an advantage. Benefits include salary DOE, two return flights annually, medical insurance, and MLC-compliant SEA contract. Crew: 8–10
