McMaster Yachts is recruiting a Male Deckhand for a 45m private/charter sailing yacht engaged in a world cruising itinerary. The yacht will begin in Palma de Mallorca on November 1st and depart for the Caribbean mid-November, continuing onward to the Pacific with a scheduled yard period in New Zealand during winter 2026/2027.Additional information:
Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience working on sailing yachts between 20–30m. Required certifications include AEC 1 & 2 and Yachtmaster Offshore. Watersports skills and a natural passion for sailing are valued highly. A positive personality and team spirit are expected as part of a great onboard crew.
