The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking an experienced Bosun to join its fleet of luxury yachts operating worldwide. The role includes supervising deck crew, managing maintenance operations, overseeing tender and water sports activities, and ensuring all exterior operations are performed safely and efficiently.Additional information:
Applicants must hold valid STCW and medical certificates with relevant yacht or cruise ship experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required. Professional presentation and service mindset expected. Sailing area: Worldwide
