Winch Yacht Recruitment is seeking a First Mate for a private and charter yacht operating worldwide. The First Mate will assist the Captain in navigation, deck operations, and crew management, ensuring excellence in seamanship and guest service standards.

Additional information:

Candidates must have valid STCW certificates, yacht experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Charter or private yacht background preferred. Sailing area: global cruising routes
