Job Description:
Burgess Recruitment is hiring a Bosun for a 45m Yacht in the Mediterranean. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large tender driving (11.5m dual prop engines), assist in the overall running of the deck department, and oversee deck operations including tender driving and guest services. The position requires a proactive mindset, excellent organization skills, and strong leadership and communication abilities.Additional information:
Required: AEC1 + AEC2, Yacht Master Offshore certification (ideal), and charter experience is advantageous. Sailing area: Mediterranean
