Job Description:

A Deckhand/Mate is required for a 24‑metre commercial sailing yacht under Maltese flag. The position starts in April 2026 on a permanent contract, operating in the Mediterranean within private and charter activities. The ideal candidate will have strong sailing experience, autonomy on deck maintenance, and the ability to assist in watchkeeping and technical tasks. Yachtmaster Offshore and valid STCW and ENG1 are mandatory.
