Job Description:

Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Head Chef for a 60m Charter Motor Yacht. The ideal candidate will have previous charter experience as a Head Chef on 50m-70m yachts. The role requires culinary training, ships cook certification, and the ability to work with dietary and cultural restrictions. The position offers a salary of EUR 7500 per month with an 8-week on/off rotation.

Additional information:

Schengen visa (if required), culinary trained/qualified, Ships Cook certification (flag exemption DOE and training), STCW, ENG1, F&H level 3 required. A restaurant background is preferred, with strong provisioning, budgeting, and turnaround experience. Sailing area: Mediterranean
