Job Description:

Maritime company is looking for a Lead Deckhand for a 90m Private Yacht in the USA. The role offers a salary of $5000 per month with a 3:1 rotation. A discretionary 13th-month bonus is also offered. The yacht has a dual-season itinerary, and the start date is in March 2025. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the yachting industry and proven leadership skills at a Lead Deckhand or Bosun level. Strong tender driving ability, especially with a 40ft chase boat, is essential.
