Job Description:

Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Chief Engineer for a 35m+ Private Yacht in Florida. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience, be hands-on and proactive, with Y3 certification preferred. The Chief Engineer will oversee and manage daily engine room operations, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, conduct regular inspections, and handle any technical issues or emergencies.
